Delete your FocusFlow account
You can delete your account and everything in it yourself, in the Android app or on this website. It takes effect right away.
How to delete it
- Open the FocusFlow app, or sign in on this website. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen.
- Go to More → Settings, then Your data.
- Tap Delete my account, then Delete forever.

What is deleted
Your sign-in, profile and settings, onboarding answers, tasks and steps, routines, daily plans, focus sessions, check-ins, brain dumps, parked thoughts, reminder history, and notification subscriptions. Nothing is kept afterwards, and it can’t be undone.
If you subscribed through Google Play, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in the Play Store under Payments & subscriptions.
Delete some data and keep your account
Everything below is deleted right away and permanently, in the app or on this website.
- A task: open it, then tap Delete task. Its steps go with it.
- A routine: open it from More → Routines, then tap Delete routine.
- Parked thoughts and brain dumps: More → Saved thoughts, then Remove next to any of them.
- An imported calendar and its events: More → Calendar → Calendars, then Remove.
- Your profile photo: More → Settings, then Remove photo.
- Coach chat: More → Settings → AI features, then Clear coach chat.
Error reports are deleted automatically after 30 days. For anything else, email the address below and it is deleted within 7 days.
Can’t sign in?
Email focus.flow212@gmail.com from the address you signed up with and ask for your account to be deleted. It is done within 7 days, and you get a reply when it’s finished.
